The staff are excellent Duncan is a great host The hotel is a bit tired looking and needs some money spent on assets like TV / signal strength some furniture etc but the location is great If they want to keep charging the high rates they need to upgrade but really liked the place and the staff especially

This is what I would describe as an "Heritage Hotel" perfectly in tune with the location. Stunning views on the lake from our bedroom windows and a special praise to the young, attentive and very courteous staff
