Tips for other travellers

I’d highly recommend the Stock Ghyll Force trail just up the road and maybe even popping to the cinema for a cosy, indoors activity!

Lovely little place for my professional trip. Owner very friendly and accommodating. Really helpful that he text you so you always had his number incase of any issue. Fantastic breakfast and very comfy room. Perfect for my needs. Only thing I did notice was a few large stains on the carpets in room and breakfast room which I feel could be easily rectified. This did not effect me or my stay. Just an observation and certainly not a criticism.

Tips for other travellers

Make sure you remember to order your breakfast for the next day. I forgot and had to text the owner late evening. But he had it coveted and was not an issue in my case.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to pubs and restaurants. Great host and a good breakfast. You get a parking permit and the car park is a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay again thanks.
