Strickland Arms

Found this place on the Internet whilst searching for our annual trip. After reading so many positive reviews I booked. Upon arrival we could see it was exactly what it said on the tin. Management and staff really friendly, welcoming and attentive. Accommodation, bar and dining area inviting and comfortable. Breakfast and evening meals second to none. Definitely no doubt about it we will be back DV. Best regards to all Anton!

Super traditional pub wonderfully quirky and incredibly friendly. The food was some of the the best pub food ever with a great choice of home made dishes. The pie was the best my partner has ever tasted! The lasagne up with our favourite Italian restaurant! Penny Anton and the staff are so helpful and genuine🌈

Lovely friendly staff, very accommodating with our party of 6. We are in the restaurant- 5 x pie and chips…we all agreed they were the best pies we had in a long time! Accomodation in the huts to the back of the pub was very cosy, clean and just what we needed after a days walking. Breakfast in the morning was also spot on - thanks very much ! 🙂
