We had a wonderful stay at the farm! Our rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent and we loved the beautiful view. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

I have already recommended your lovely home to our travel agent. We were relaxed and comfortable in your sparkling clean place, and we really appreciated Rosann's attention to our need for an early breakfast, in order to meet our tour bus in town. It was delicious and delightful on the sun porch overlooking Culloden Moor. Special thanks to hospitable Iain for introducing my family to his very appealing working dogs. We were excited to see young Craig pen the sheep! Thank you for a memorable stay - a highlight of my vacation.

Viator provided a great 12-hour tour to Eilean Donan castle and the Isle of Sky. Bus connection in town was easy. Don't miss the visitor center at Culloden battlefield.

Ms McKay was friendly and keen to please. The sheep dog demo was one reason we reserved a room here. Very interesting and worth watching. Besides, it’s included in the the room fee.

Tips for other travellers

This B&B is close to the Culloden battlefield. One could walk there on a nice day. To reach town, you’ll need a car. Otherwise, a taxi. I used the SafeK app to get us to and from. A bit expensive. But dependable and the drivers were friendly and chatty. The nearest restaurant is the Battlefield Restaurant. An easy walk from the B&B. Food and service was very good. We never reserved a table because we ate early. However if you eat late on a weekend a reservation would be prudent.
