Not used to not checking in at a reception so got ourselves a bit lost trying to figure out where to go and gain access to toilets etc .We had been away the night before with not the best wifi and I’m not one to be checking my emails a lot Si didn’t see the instructions arrive in ,would have found it more useful when I booked
