Finchale Abbey Park

Beautiful location outstanding facilities , staff very helpful, I couldn’t recommend this more for the walks and location . Pub was with 1.5miles .

Lovely site and would return but for one thing; the showers were too hot, even for my hands, and there was no option to change the temp. I couldn’t bear it to wash my hair and I had to go without showering on the second day of our two day visit.

Lovely quiet stay in beautiful location within easy reach of Durham by bike/ car / on foot. Huge picnic field at riverside with plenty space for walks.
