This is a beautiful spot just a short drive from Durham city centre. It was very peaceful and the pod was comfortable with lighting, a plug point and an outdoor fire pit. The staff were very helpful via messaging. There wasn’t any adjacent parking for the pods but there was a large area next to the facilities block which ( although not designated for parking) was suitable.

Der Platz ist sehr schön und sauber. Einzelne Stellplätze sind sehr schräg Die duschen sind in Ordnung, Wassertemperatur kann man leider nicht einstellen.

Tips for other travellers

Book this place I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. A few plots are a bit wonky but chocks are supplied . We were on A 4 and no issues at all. Shade and sunshine and a beautiful back drop of the Priory.
