A delightful quiet site in historic Durham with great service by super owners. We loved the resident guinea fowl and the amazing Finchale Abbey ruins.. in excellent restoration. Can't wait to come back again and sample walks and River Wear.

Be aware of the quite narrow and sloping road... you need your ANPR recognition of number plate to get in!

Been here in summer and winter and the site does not disappoint - maintained to a high standard always and beautifully kept. Love it here
