Gorgeous location, great facilities

A beautiful site with stunning surroundings. The facilities were very clean. Absolutely loved our stay and we'll be back.

Overall excellent, but some pre-stay things you could easily improve: 1. emails came addressed "Dear Dall", using my surname. "Dear Ian" would have been more friendly. 2. Make the plot booked more obvious, not hidden in a booking code. 3. After submitting my reg twice, it was disappointing that the barrier did not lift for me. 4. Microsoft tells me that your final Word doc. with the site plan was corrupted, so I never received one. 5. You tell us that if we need help, ask at the farmhouse, but on site it is not clear which building that is (perhaps if the site plan had downloaded , this would not be a problem).
