Fantastic location and an hour’s easy walk along bridleways to Durham. Spotless and warm facilities.

When I arrived at the site Kevin and Michael were superb, I'd managed somehow to get stuck on a really boggy part of grass close to my pitch. Both of these lads helped immediately, Michael had a large tractor on site and he pulled the van out with no effort at all. Kevin then transferred me to a different pitch and I was able to set up as normal, so a big thankyou to those two lads. We then walked around the beautiful site and found a cafe,it had just closed but the lady inside opened back up for myself and wife and my sister and her partner. We had coffee and sandwiches etc. I would recommend this site for the staff alone never mind it's location and beauty. 5 star as far as I'm concerned, and we will be returning soon .
