Lovely pristine, clean and well appointed cottage (the Roost). Great to see the improvements to the communal areas since our last visit, specifically the dog wash area and drying room. The facilities for clothes washing also looked much better (although we didn’t require them this time). The secure picnic area was great for letting our dog free run for a bit off lead. The cottage had most items we needed but it would have been good to have access to a broom or hoover to sweep the floor and if we were extra picky a hand towel in the kitchen would have been handy. Overall a fantastic stay we would definitely recommend Blackadon Farm and would stay again.
