The Cottages at Blackadon Farm

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Family Celebration at the Cottages at Blackadon Farm! We recently stayed at Blackadon Farm cottages to celebrate a mix of family birthdays and a wedding anniversary, and we could not have chosen a more perfect place. From start to finish, every single member of our family had a wonderful time. 🏡 The Cottages & The Location The cottages themselves are absolutely amazing. Modern, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully kept. They are set in a truly fantastic area that offers the perfect balance of peace and adventure. Endless Space to Mingle: The outdoor areas are fantastic. We had so much space to gather, chat, and enjoy each other's company in the fresh air. A Paradise for Kids: There was tons of room for the children to run around, play, and safely burn off some energy. 🫏 A Magical Animal Encounter One of the absolute highlights of our trip was getting to meet the farm's resident animals. We fell in love with the two Mediterranean donkeys and the African pygmy goats! We got to feed and stroke them, which was a massive hit with everyone. The donkeys absolutely soaked up the attention and stood beautifully to let the children brush them. It's a memory our kids will cherish for a very long time! 🌟 World-Class Hospitality We cannot thank the owners, Michael and Nicola, enough for being such attentive and thoughtful hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed. The ultimate highlight: They even set up the projector in "The Hive" for us so our whole family could gather together to watch the World Cup. It was such a generous touch that made our celebrations feel even more special. If you are looking for the perfect venue for a multi-generational family getaway, look no further than Blackadon Farm. We cannot recommend it highly enough and are already dreaming of our next visit!

The cottage was immaculate, this was our 3rd stay and w.e intend to return next year. Micheal and Nicola are wonderful hosts and make you feel.veey welcome. The courtyard has been revamped since our last stay and is absolutely beautiful, with lovely tubs of flowers. They continue to make enhancementswhi h all add to the enjoyment of our stay

We stayed in the stable, which was perfect for the two of us. The bed was super comfy and the shower and bathroom excellent. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Dining and sofa area are perfect. Lovely welcome box of tea and coffee. Michael popped in to check we were happy.

What a little gem of a place, beautiful courtyard setting with different size cottage’s on farm grounds in a beautiful village. Very clean & modern & a pleasure to stay in & would definitely use again. Perfect for people with dogs as it has everything you need including a dog cleaning station & your dog gets a goody basket on arrival. In an ideal position to visit anywhere on the Moors & also lovely walks & views from the cottage’s.
