Lovely well stocked cottage with perfect facilities for relaxing and enjoying the Dartmoor National Park. The cottages provide dog treats, dog washing area and even a handy dog name tag in case they get lost. The beds are comfortable and it is so quiet and peaceful to sleep.

We booked the entire site for a week for a large family holiday (43 people!), and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Michael and Nicola were very helpful from the moment we booked it almost a year ago, and especially during our stay. The cottages were very clean and each one had plenty of amenities. We did all our cooking in the main upper barn kitchen and there was enough crockery for all to use. The kids loved seeing the goats and donkeys on site, and also loved the games room. There's loads of options nearby for days out for all ages, and Bigbury Beach is a must visit for a great day out! There are also walking trails you can access directly from the site, great for morning walks. The bench near the firepit area that looks over the moors is a great touch! We don't have dogs, but the dog shower was super useful for hosing down sandy feet and cleaning beach toys. The drying room is also massive and great for wet shoes as well as laundry. Overall this is the best large accommodation cottage we've been to as a family and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

The cottage was very well appointed with all the essentials including tea and coffee - all you need is whatever you put in your tea/coffee. Plenty of towels, good showers. Comfortable beds. All couldn't be better.
