The hotel was absolutely spotless. We chose a room with a sea view which also had a great view of the Abbey from the side window. Breakfast was lovely and staff were so friendly and helpful. I would say they go out of their way but I get the feeling it just comes naturally. This hotel will be the top of my list for future stays in Whitby.
