A very warm welcome and looked after well, wonderful breakfast with amazing local sausages and a wonderful view over the bay. Rooms modern well equipped and very clean good parking our second visit not disappointed will be back

The perfect hosts, welcoming, helpful and very friendly. Excellent accomodation which is spotless and very well appointed. Breakfast was excellent too, locally sourced ingredients and all freshly cooked and served in beautiful surroundings by our very friendly and attentive hosts who made the the experience all the more enjoyable.

Tips for other travellers

We had a good day visiting the village of Corris where there is a craft centre on the outskirts and we walked to the miniature Italian village which is at the top of a steep hill in the village. We also liked our trip to Harlech Castle. We thoroughly enjoyed the food at the Inglenook Seafood Restaurant in Barmouth and the Ysgethin Inn.

An absolutely wonderful week’s stay at the Old Farmhouse. Paul and Christina were the perfect hosts and the breakfasts were amazing. I fully recommend to anyone visiting this area to stay at the Old Farmhouse, you will not be disappointed and I hope to be able to return soon.

Excellent hosts - friendly, know the area. Very clean and tidy, attention to detail Breakfast - fruit and cereal if you want it - all fresh and then a cooked breakfast cooked freshly in front of you - superb. The onwers are willing to cook fresh alternatives if requested by the guest. Excellent all around.

Tips for other travellers

Lot of lovely scenery, beaches, walks. Barmouth has some lovely shops and a lovely long flat promenade. Great place to sit, unwind and watch the sea.
