Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Clean and comfortable with excellent facilities including very good drying room, well equipped kitchen/dining room and relaxing lounge. I'd definitely recommend this hostel to others.

Very well maintained, clean hostel. Comfortable beds and the curtains round the beds were a thoughtful addition. Appreciated the artwork and the baggage lockers in the rooms.

Fantastic stay at Saddle Mountain Hostel. Modern in style and furniture. Very lovely. Helen and Gregor did everything to make our stay enjoyable and had some excellent hints and tips for the walks we wanted to do and the bad weather plans we had to explore.

Helen and Gregor were friendly and helpful hosts. The kitchen was well-equipped, bunk was comfortable, other facilities were good, with plenty of space to relax. There was an impressive selection of local maps and guidebooks to browse. Overall ideal for walkers and Munro-baggers - I hope to stay at Saddle Mountain again.
