The room did not correspond to the pictures shown on Booking when we made the reservation. We were in a separate building not in the main building. The door giving access to the building was always open. The door of the room was a glass door (very uncomfortable - felt very unsafe with no privacy even though it was a an opaque glass- the stair light would wake us up every time). Beds very uncomfortable. Room was not done during our stay. Very disappointing experience

Dear family Faget. I am sorry to hear your feedback. Your review stand out compaired to the overwhelming feedback that we get for for our rooms. Your Suite was the "Den Blå Nil" in first floor with balcon overlooking the river. I will have a look at the glass door it that need a curtain to the hall. The front door is open for the other apartments, all rooms have their own looked door. Bed reply surprices me. It seems that you shall stay at ordinary chain hotels. We serve as a boutique hotel with different rooms to entertain our guests. That is what you will find overwhelming in our reviews. All the best for your vacation. Bjarne
