We loved the location it was so quiet and having the entrance to Dunster castle and watermill a minute away was lovely. Our hosts Karen and Peter made us so welcome in their beautiful home and we would not hesitate returning and recommending Dunster house. Breakfast was eaten in a lovely room and the food was great and nicely presented. Our room was very comfortable with a great showerand fluffy white towels changed every day.The bed was comfy and made daily. Everywhere was lovely and clean and nicely decorated.

Places we would recommend to eat out are The Luttrell Arms hotel in Dunster high street . The secret garden has an amazing view of Dunster castle. We ate there on our last night. Also Tessas in the high street we enjoyed one of the best cream teas we have ever had eaten in their courtyard. Porlock Weir is amazing we visited twice in our stay also furthur afield Woolacombe for the sunset ad Lynmouth for Watersmeet the cafe is in a beautiful location .

We had a wonderful much needed stay at The Mill House it was so peaceful and a great location to Dunster Castle. Lots of fabulous walks. The accommodation was first class with excellent attention to detail for all your needs we felt very much looked after especially with the breakfasts. We would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning this is a gem as far as we are concerned!

Dunster Castle which is just around the corner. The Stags head public house up the road for an evening pub meal. The Lutterall Hotel for the garden and meal. Reeves cafe (through little walkway) the food was excellent. Lots of walks.

Karen and Peter were excellent hosts: warm , welcoming and provided excellent breakfasts. Everything was first class. We will definitely be returnin. The B & B is an old Georgian house, with lovely countryside views and situated on the banks of a small river, next to a watermill with a beautiful medieval packhorse bridge just down the lane.

Dunster is a beautiful, medieval town and the castle and grounds were well worth visiting. It is owned by the National Trust and there is a large car park next to the entrance. There are plenty of other interesting places to visit nearby. Dunster is on the edge of Exmoor and also very close to the coast.
