Lovely couple John and Sue. We stayed in the detached accommodation on the front so was very easy to park and unload and the bed was big and so very comfortable. We self catered as had an oven and mircrowave and hob.

Lovely walks on the nearby beaches Charmouth and Lyme Regis and Seaton, all within a short drive and recommend a visit to Beer too, a very sweet village with pebble beach and high cliffs. Seaton wetlands and trams worth a visit. Stunning views at all those locations.

Room was lovely, spotless throughout and well presented. Breakfast was wonderful with a varied selection. Great to have use of small fridge, toaster and microwave. Brilliant hosts, so very glad to have found this jewel of a property.

Factor in visits to Sidmouth, Donkey Sanctuary, WestBay, Bridport, Abottsbury Tropical Gardens and Lyme Regis - you will not be disappointed.

The accommodation had everything we needed and a good homely feel. Communication was excellent.

Good location for travelling the south coast of Dorset/East Devon. Bicton Botanical gardens well worth a visit. The local pub is fine, the Talbot Arms is a little further but well worth a visit.

The Holt at Honiton was a lovely restaurant. The pub up the road had lovely food. Both had staff with masks on and were socially distanced which I liked.
