Fantastic hosts, John checked in with me a few days before the trip with confirmation of the booking and clear instructions on checking in, and being able to check in earlier then I'd expected, which was always welcome with the changeable weather during the trip. Really welcoming hosts including providing both milk and biscuits which I wasn't expecting. Well appointed rooms upstairs in the main house which were very clean and comfortable. I went with the self-catering option and had everything I needed in the items in the room.

Tips for other travellers

The location of the B and B is ideal as a base floor exploring, it's around 10/15 mins away from Charmouth and Lyme Regis and about an hour away from Paignton so you can explore a lot of the south coast depending on how many days you're spending in the area.

Tips for other travellers

Easy access to coastal and inland attractions. Hunters Lodge Inn nearby provides a good menu and friendly service and fish and chips in Axminster is good too. A large Tesco in Axminster is good for supplies.
