This was our third stay at Netherleigh, we have now used all the rooms. As always the room was perfect, clean and very comfortable. The milk and biscuits were a lovely touch. A great place to stay and see the local area.

Make sure you visit the cafe across the road, great drinks and cakes, a wonderful place to sit, relax and enjoy the view.

A very cozy place. Well thought out spacious bathroom and bedroom great views of the Dorset countryside. The only thing that I would change is that if you have two guests then only two kitchen chairs are required, otherwise you’re constantly having a battle with the other surplus chairs around the kitchen table that you don’t need, they just get in the way.

There is a great cafe “tea and cream” directly across the road that has a great selection of food I.e lunch and breakfast food. Good walking trails

I met my hosts as I was leaving after my 3 night stay. John messaged me regularly on Whatsapp to inform me of any relative updates which worked quite well.

Good for ramblers, fine if you have a car as well. As I'm retired I used my Bus Pass a lot to visit Lyme Regis, etc, the bus stop is located next to the Hunters Lodge Inn on the A35 about a 15 minute walk from the B&B. Local buses stop running in the early evening! I used the Hunters Lodge Inn for evening meals, the food was excellent, good value for money and nice staff.
