staff friendly and efficient, but don't disturb you unless you ask. Room was comfortable quiet, even when restaurant was busy. Food outstanding, including the personalised cooked breakfast. Minor comments on Shower:- it would be useful to have somewhere to put shower gel.

Historic Romanesque church and hilltop ruins alone make Kilpeck worth visiting.Better to visit church in bright daylight, after reading a copy of the excellent guidebook.
