Fantastic location, host is lovely and welcoming.

Lovely quiet atmosphere, very clean and spacious rooms. All the attractions of Bridlington are nearby, including great restaurants.

Very clean and tidy. Very well catered rooms. Even though no regular breakfast, there is self catering, in terms of food/drinks supplies there, a micro-wave and a fridge and hot takeaways permitted. The hiring of bikes is a great bonus. Great service from the host/ proprietor Theresa.

Great location, great soundproofed walls (very thick). Clean room with adequate amenities, and a separate utility room for all guests use. The honesty box for purchasing treats etc is a great idea. Our host Theresa could not do enough for us, and was very friendly, helpful and professional. We will definitely be returning.
