Theresa is an amazing host nothing is to much trouble for her,really up beat fun personality.All you have to do is ask willing to go the extra mile lovely extra touches, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner stocked as regular as drinks hot chocolate as well as water bottles.very clean very tidy breakfast there too on request lovely and welcoming.Lovely personal note for us when we checked out nice touch.cant praise enough definitely recommend to family and friends.iron can be used ,DVDs and books to share.

Stayed here for weekend for our wedding anniversary, absolutely smashing guess house, host was brilliant, room was so nice, we really enjoyed our stay, we really recommend anyone to stay there, really close to harbour and sea front, thank you so much xx

You are made to feel welcome upon arrival and all throughout your stay. Room restocked and cleaned everyday. Such a lovely quiet location situated near the south beach. Couldn't fault it will definitely be booking again

A very nice place. Well located, close to the sea. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend it.
