Wayside Cheer Hotel

From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't have been more helpful.This continued throughout our stay and included all staff from management bar staff waitresses. Breakfasts were excellent and we ate in the restaurant 2 nights and were very pleased with the standard and quality. Certainly a much higher standard than the other hotel we ate in which was meant to be of a higher standard. The situation of the hotel so close to the beach was wonderful and with the bus stop opposite everywhere on the island was easy to get to. With the bus fare being a pound and a frequent service we didnt bother with a car. The hotel and our room were spotless but you would have to be honest and say the decor was slightly dated. However we had a brilliant few days there and would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxed atmosphere good food friendly staff and clean enviroment. Why pay more when you can stay here and get everything you want.
