The walk from the guest house into the town centre (via Jericho) is a charming stroll along the Lyme. I loved the town, it has some great restaurants like Rock Point and there are picturesque hikes in both directions.

Charnwood Guest House is situated in the perfect place for a gentle walk into Lyme Regis. It’s facilities are excellent, especially the breakfast, it’s clean and the hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. It was such a great place to stay that I wanted to pay more when leaving, but typical of the nice people that run it, they wouldn’t except any extra payment.
