We had a short but lovely stay! The room was not the same as pictured (we had an extra twin bed instead of a couch), but otherwise as described. The room was comfortable, everything felt clean and well-kept, and we were able to make a short-notice change to our reservation without any fuss. The location is perfect for exploring Glasgow's West End, right across from the beautiful botanical gardens. We really enjoyed this hotel and would come back.
