Kielder Campsite

On arrival we were warmly greeted and shown our plot. We had a large tent with 4 adults. It’s a lovely site with the best facilities. The showers are fabulous and always clean. Bbq areas to use and a washing room should it be needed. The local pub at the end of the site is very welcoming. Overall the position is perfect for cycling and walking. I would highly recommend staying here when in the area.

They have thought about everything to make your camping experience really good. Very,very clean facilities. Lovely welcoming staff. A shelter to cook in if your backpacking and sockets to charge phones. We were on a hardstanding with a campervan but we could see the tent field was well cared for and flat. We will be back.

Excellent campsite. Always like this place. Friendly helpful staff. Well organised and nice to see the toilets clad and ceilings dropped so the bugs are not about compared to the open style roof from maybe 8 years or so ago. Pod was great in a great location and clean.
