James and Lewis have the highest level of hospitality! Great room with fantastic styling, confortable bed, perfect bathroom. Questions and requests are taken up immediately. Breakfast is freshly prepared, with good choice and many veg or vegan options. Location is good and easy to reach. If you want to go into the centre walking, prepare for a 20 minute walk.

We love coming to stay with you guys. You makes us feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts are delicious and filling. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The facilities are spot on, and everything we need for a great stay. We will be back!

Such a wonderful place to stay. Beautifully decorated , room was immaculately clean and the facilities for the guests comfort were great. The honesty bar and the tea and coffee facilities we found very useful. The vegan cookies in the room were a nice touch too. The hosts were fantastic, very chatty and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast ranks as one of the best we have had. Huge full English plus lots of other choices such as cereals , fruit and granola. Look out for the home made vegan cakes… absolutely lush!
