The room was clean and tidy, nicely decorated. Tea and coffee making facilities with a small fridge in was a bonus.Don't get many places with a small fridge.Tele also if you want to watch. The breakfast each morning was spot on,couldn't fault any of it.Good choice.Pancakes was absolutely yummy, light and fluffy.Home made muffins and cookies, yum yum.The hosts Lewis and james are lovely people, made you very welcomed Highly recommend.I would definitely stay again.

This B&B is really lovely, from the minute you walk in, you are made to feel welcome by the hosts Lewis and James. Our room was very tastefully decorated, really clean and comfortable, we were in room 1. Breakfast is super tasty and plentitul. The property is about 10-15 walk from the centre of I|fracombe. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

We really enjoyed the beautiful coastal walk from Ilfracombe to Watermouth. We liked the Lime Kiln which is a lovely spot for a drink and a meal. We also ate in the George and Dragon which was a good pub meal and you get plenty.
