Patsy (and her family) were the absolute best hosts we’ve ever met. They made us feeling like home from the first moment. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location, everything was immaculately clean and tidy. Patsy made us amazing breakfasts every morning. If you’re a Tesla/EV owner this is a perfect stopping point in case you’re doing the NC500 as there are destination chargers here, so you can start your day with a full battery.

Strathy point lighthouse is worth the walk from the accommodation, very nice views over the sea and rocks.

One of the best B&B's I've been to. Patsy looked after me fantastically well and nothing was too much for her. I highly recommend it.

Halladale Bistro in Melvich is a good local place to eat.

This was our 3rd visit to Sharvedda and again it was outstanding. Patsy gave us a warm and friendly welcome with coffee and home-made baking. The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast each morning was wonderful. Patsy is informative and helpful in her recommendations for places to visit. A 5 star experience
