Lovely room on the front of the house with super large bed. Tea and coffee making facilities very nice. Ideal for a short break in Brighton

The room was spacious, loved the shower room, we enjoy walking and exploring so ideal as property was a short walk from the centre, staff were polite and friendly. It has been our favourite place to stay at and we have bee coming to Brighton since 2018. Excellent value

It's a quick walk/bus trip from the rest of the town, but doesn't get most of the busyness and noise. The hotel was fantastic! It was extremely clean, the service was very good, the location was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. The room was exceptionally clean. Highly recommended!
