Thank you for a lovely stay. What a peaceful rural location you have with amenities not too far away. The kids loved the pool and space to play in the garden.

Tips for other travellers

Several takeaway businesses deliver to the location if you need. There is also a small M&S Food down the road if you need to pick up an extra bottle of wine!

Great location. Just off the A1 but once you are there, it seems very secluded and is surrounded by countryside and lovely walks. We hired two cottages. They were both very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful. Planning to return next year!

Tips for other travellers

Walk into either Ailsworth or Castor for a pub meal. We enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Yard.

Stephen and Philip always make us feel so welcome. This is where we always stay when we visit. stunning location. beautiful cottages and so well equipped. Gorgeous gardens and swimming pool and worth a walk down to the mill and accross the fields. good for the soul this place
