Thank you for a great stay. Everything we needed was provided. Lovely, sunny apartment, Comfy bed, quiet area. A few minutes walk to the seafront and the town. We didn’t move the car in 3 days! Great communication with Tracey and her husband.

Ate at Neil’s Restaurant, superb, must book in advance! Great food & service at The Anchor Inn. Lovely Chinese food at The Phoenix, although we were the only people dining at 19.00 on a Thursday! A little out of season still, they get very busy on a Saturday! Go to Sidmouth Trawlers, end of the Esplanade, Ham Lane, a superb freshly cooked fish bap! We walked the Salcombe Regis Tree Trail info from Sidmouth Arboretum website, roughly 3 hrs circular walk, with some very steep ups and downs, but stunning views! Jacob’s Ladder & Gardens is a must visit too. I was very lucky in spending many years of summer school holidays staying with my Grandparents in Sidmouth, 50 years on, it is still lovely!

Superb accommodation. Spotlessly clean, bright, airy and very comfortable, warm and cosy. Very well equipped, everything you need for a relaxing stay. Thank you Tracey for a truly wonderful Christmas time stay.

Fabulous location, close to all the shops, bars, restaurants and beach. Added bonus a parking space right next to the apartment.

We’ve booked this a few times now. It’s well located , has room to walk about in and sit which others for this price don’t have. Very good value. Tracey is also very responsive if you need to contact her.
