Such a lovely place to stay. My daughter is a full time wheelchair user, and it's always difficult to find accessible accommodation...until now! The cottage was perfect, enough room, profiling bed, hoist, toilet chair, wet room. More accessible than our home. Our dog loved it too. Rod and Peggy are so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. We enjoyed it so much, we stayed an extra day and have booked again for next year. The location has easy access to York and other towns villages around.

We had a lovely restful break. The hosts were more than welcoming. Used the trip to confirm that it was suitable for my husband who is perminately in a wheelchair and found no hidden problems. We booked for our summer holidays knowing exactly what to expect.

We have been staying at South Newlands for many years now. We are Yorkshire born and bred but live in Cheshire. We cross the border to see all our relatives and as we have a daughter who has Cerebral Palsy and is an electric wheelchair user South Newlands is ideal for us. The facilities are very spacious and Peggy and Rod are always there to help with any problems.

Our second visit this year. Plenty to do in the area, cottages well equipped for a relaxing holiday. Peggy and Rod are excellent welcoming hosts.
