Great location, struggled to get in but once in it was great. The toilet was a little dirty but everything else was fantastic!

Sorry that you had problems getting in. An email with instructions on how to self check in is sent out prior to arrival. This usually gives flexibility to the guests for arrival time. Also thanks for the feedback on cleanliness. I wil look I to the matter. Glad you enjoyed otherwise!

I'm sad to see your review we pride ourselves on cleanliness and I can only presume you scored staff 2 stars as you never met anyone? We sent you a message and you said everything was ok. If you mentioned that something wasn't up to scratch then we would try to solve it.
