An outstanding guesthouse, great location very clean and excellent facilities. The breakfast was amazing and very well presented. The staff were very attentive and the breakfast room was perfect with great views of the cairngorm. All in all 100% enjoyable time.

We stayed at your guest house 5 years ago and always planned to return as we had a good experience. It was home from home, all areas very clean and tastefully decorated, in keeping with the age of the property, also very welcoming. Our room was to the back and we found it very peaceful and quiet, with a lovely view out to Craigellachie hill; bed very comfortable; bedding and towels very fresh. Plenty of choice for breakfast - fruit tasted fresh and cooked breakfast was hot and well presented. Margaret and Pauline were very attentive and friendly. It was good that Chris popped in every morning to check all was in order and took time to chat.

Tips for other travellers

Beautiful and peaceful setting, within walking distance of town centre, and of course watering holes and eateries. Ideal base for walkers, here are the ones we did - Beavers Trail at Rothiemurchus, walk from Glenmore Visitor up to the famous Green Loch, Loch Morlich Circular and River Spey Circuit starting in Aviemore

Lovely Guest House. We received a warm welcome and were given details of places we could visit in the area. The room was very comfortable and clean. Nice shower room. The cooked breakfast was excellent and cooked to order.
