Constructive observations - The rooms got very hot overnight - there needs to be some way to manage this ? - you could be clearer on what is provided in the apt - we brought a hairdryer for example - because we couldn't see if there was one on the site - I found the whole "wait here to be seated" thing in walkers bar a bit off-putting - it felt rather formal vs a place to get a pint and some bar food after a days walking

Excellent location and a comfortable apartment. The only very minor issue is that the mattresses on our bed upstairs were uneven with a notable difference in firmness between each other Otherwise great. Thank you.

We stayed in the one bed dog friendly apartment which was ground floor with communal garden. Great for the dog. Lovely, clean and well equipped apartment. Comfortable bed. All of the staff that we met were very friendly and helpful. Great parking. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
