Service with a smile wonderfully warm welcome from the host Peter Well organised, clean and comfortable. Breakfast choices fabulous and very well presented. A lovely Guest House which would love to revisit sometime soon. Thank you Peter and the friendly lady serving breakfast. Kind regards Di and Dave Harries

Several good pubs all within easy walking distance. Great independant shops to look around. Close to panoramic views of the town with the picturesque harbour a short distance away downhill.

First time staying at the sandpiper house lovely place to stay very welcoming good food Pete and his family were were helpful and cub not do enough the room was nice and big with a very comfortable bed very clean the location is in the centre of whitby so handy for everything can't wait to go back to whitby and stay at the sandpiper house miss j kay

The sandpiper is in a good location 5 minutes walk from whitby pavilion And location in a street with lots of good places to eat and drink 10 minutes walk from bus station and train station and the marine discovery centre is very interesting all about the sea at whitby and the animals that live there love going hear
