Make sure to book local pubs/restaurants for both food and drinks, very busy at weekends.

A lovely place to stay on the borders of Wales & Shropshire. Debbie and Craig couldn't have been more helpful. Gorgeous breakfasts. Four poster bed. What more do you want?

Local pubs and inns good. We thought the food quite expensive - starters about £8-10 - but often near rivers or with huge gardens so lots of space. You can walk Offa's Dyke from a 20 min drive - amazing views.

This was our second stay and will probably not be our last. It is an extremely comfortable place to stay with lots of character, and friendly hosts. The breakfast is great with local produce and eggs from their own chickens. Love the special touches, like homemade muffins in the room. It is in a lovely quiet location within driving distance of some towns and villages with a selection of places to eat.

Very friendly hosts with a very useful knowledge of the area. We have received good tips about restaurants and pubs nearby. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Had we stayed longer we would have used the garden / sitting room more. Beware of low beams for tall persons!

In Ludlow we discovered an interesting art gallery/ place to relax ( drinks / food / Ice creams by the river Teme near Dinham bridge....( site of an old water mill).
