Friendly, welcoming hostel. Comfortable beds, good rooms with great showers. Well equipped kitchen with nice lounge. Lots of info on walks, cycle hire etc.

Tips for other travellers
Great area for all outdoor activities. Lots of good places for eating out in Ballater, but our favourite is the Balmoral Bar - very friendly, great food a a reasonable price.
