A lovely warm welcome as usual by Joe & Adele, amazing accommodation with a spacious room, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable bed & sofa. In a great location close to the beach, pier, Orme & central for shopping.

Arvon House is in a central location close to 2 beaches, the pier, the Orme & several places of interest - Museum, war time museum,copper mines,cable cars,venue cymru theatre for shows. Llandudno has some lovely places to eat like Home cooking, cottage loaf, ormo lounge, blue elephant Indian restaurant, something to suit all tastes within a short walk.

Snowidan pub great food and astmosphere, the cottage fantastic food you would need to book gets very busy, wildwood pasta food excellent great staff can get very busy around tea time, want a lovely sundae visit forte 10/ 10 visit conwy lovely place lits of little streets with many hidden gems

A friendly welcome. It's a good idea to have a fridge in another room for guess to use. Had a good night's sleep. Room 5 was at the back of the guest house. Had a lovely stay.

Tips for other travellers

The snowdon pub just round the corner from the guset house did lovely food. Had a lovely breakfast at the Home Cookin on upper Mostyn Street. On our last night we had a meal at The black Zeytin on Mostyn street. It was lovely. For pensioners who use a free bus pass in England can use the pass on the buses but you pay a discounted price.

Joe and Adele went far beyond normal standards to satisfy our needs. Even the fireplace was lit for us:-) Everything is spotlessly clean and some facilities for preparing/eating food is also given as is a fridge. We hope to visiting them/you again. Kind regards Heike + Armin

Tips for other travellers

Bodnant Garden, climbing the Mount Snowdon is a must:-). Indian food at the Blue Elephant was great. You can save 25 Percent by demanding online and takeaway. The Aber Falls are also nice to have a stroll to.
