Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Able to answer any questions we had about good eating places. The room was very well appointed, extremely clean and well laid out. Before we arrived the blinds had been closed to keep out the heat (during the heatwave) they worked brilliantly, we also had a fan to help with the temp. There was plenty of tea, coffee and milk available, also a bottle of water was provided in our room. The bathroom was good size and very light and airy, with a good size shower. The breakfast was extremely good, with plenty of choice. With the property only a short walk from all amenities and the train it was very quiet, considering that the World Cup was showing locally in some bars and restaurants. Only a quick walk to the green, beach and shops, great location.

The hosts did a great job of making us feel very welcome, the room was lovely and very well presented and the bed was comfortable. Compliments to the chef for a great full English breakfast. Also a great location. I would recommend this place to anyone
