Another wonderful stay in Ann’s Cottage, everything perfect from Ann and Colin. First time we have seen it in the snow which was lovely. Best place to stay in Rosedale 5 star.

This is an exceptional hidden gem and not your usual bed and breakfast. Firstly the hosts , Ann and Colin are so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Accommodation is spotless, the kitchen is extremely well equipped and the bathroom is stocked with White Company toiletries. The breakfast is fabulous, quality ingredients, cooked to perfection and sets you up for the day. Everything is considered and thoughtful, down to a roaring fire on arrival and on return from a long walk. This is a great place to enjoy the peace and quiet and recharge your energy

Amazing from start to finish, every detail is covered and the friendliest hosts make for a brilliant stay every time. The breakfast is worthy of special mention - outstanding.
