Please ensure messages are passed on to reception staff. Your frequent emails say you can cancel if we don't confirm bookings and time of arrival but they were not passed on so I was called while enroute causing worry.

Thank you Shereen for your feedback. All Sheets, duvets and pillowcases are changed and washed after every guest checks out. Regarding the crumped up sheets This is due to the elastic on the corners of the fitted sheets. The roller iron is unable to flatten the sheets properly. If you had informed staff on duty that you were not happy with the bedding it could have been changed.

The young woman who checked me in, the PhD literature candidate -- am I remembering this correctly? -- was 1) fascinating to listen to and 2) helpful with drying me out after I got drenched in the only rain I encountered in my whole trip. She went above and beyond the call of duty.
