Strong smell air freshener in room way too powerful. Couldn't find any big bins or where to put meal rubbish. Had to take out with us. All in all though was lovely lady who checked us in, room clean and comfy, would recommend

Please ensure messages are passed on to reception staff. Your frequent emails say you can cancel if we don't confirm bookings and time of arrival but they were not passed on so I was called while enroute causing worry.

Tips for other travellers

Lovely fireplace in twin room, shared toilet and bathroom clean. Comfortable single beds. Sheets looked used, 1 slightly stained. Pillowcases and towels fresh. Good amenities locally.

Thank you Shereen for your feedback. All Sheets, duvets and pillowcases are changed and washed after every guest checks out. Regarding the crumped up sheets This is due to the elastic on the corners of the fitted sheets. The roller iron is unable to flatten the sheets properly. If you had informed staff on duty that you were not happy with the bedding it could have been changed.
