Dorina was a wonderful hostess who had good recommendations for dining and scheduled taxis for us. The accommodations were comfortable. Our room was quiet. We would definitely stay at Moray Park Guesthouse again. The location a short distance from the river Ness is an easy 15 minute walk along the river to downtown, the train & bus station.

Mustard Seed restaurant for fine dining. Glenmorison bar and restaurant is 200 feet from Moray guesthouse. Take the public bus to Culloden Musem & battlefield….11 pounds R/T for two.

We enjoyed our stay at the Moray Park Guest House very much, in large part due to Dorina's warm and friendly welcome, the delicious breakfast each morning, and her great local recommendations. It was like staying with a good friend! The location is great too--an easy walk to the river and to lots of restaurants, etc. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Moray Park Guest House was an ideal place from which to explore and enjoy Inverness.

We loved MacGregor's Bar for dinner and drinks, the Victorian Market for lunch/coffee, Leakey's Bookshop, walking along the river, and the Waterside restaurant for dinner with a view of the river. Also try the local beers from Uile-bheist, they are very tasty. We also drove about an hour out of town to visit the Glenmorangie whisky distillery, which was a treat too!
