Our stay at Lochedge Lodge exceeded all our expectations. David and Julia were wonderful hosts who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. They really have got everything right here at Lochedge Lodge and played a big part in making our stay on the Isle of Harris such a marvellous and special experience.

Just arrived home after a wonderful stay at the equally wonderful Lochedge Lodge. On arrival I was warmly greeted by Julia and David who were perfect hosts throughout. The cottage is in a lovely quiet location overlooking Loch Mharaig but only a short distance from the main road running through the island. The lodge was spotlessly clean and had all the required amemities.....perfect for my needs. Lovely view from the dining table out onto the loch. Had a most enjoyable week although the weather was a little hit and miss...but this did not detract from my enjoyment of this beautiful island. Lots of great wildlife to be seen and the beaches are truly magnificent. Many thanks to Julia and David for providing a great base for exploring the island and I would have no hessitation in staying here again.

Ideal for 2 plus dog. The joinery work inside is incredible. Sleepingroom deserves an extra Star. And the view from the livingroom/patio is more than stunning. Unforgettable
