Such a pretty house! We loved our stay at the Dalgreine Guest House. The location, our hosts, the location - everyone was perfect.

There is always a friendly welcome at Dalgreine, which makes one immediately feel "at home". The rooms are spotless, and the owners have thought of everything. Breakfast is amazing. Books, games and coffee/tea are available in the cosy guest lounge. The surrounding area is quiet but not isolated. The perfect spot.

Tips for other travellers

Central for visitor attractions both near and further away. Walks of all levels, shops, theatre, water sports, within 5 miles, and many of Scotland's attractions can be visited on a day trip.
