Warm welcome,tea on arrival.helped with cases.room very clean and tidy.on suite large and clean.bed comfy plenty of blankets if needed and dressing gowns.very good choice for breakfast and local dishes.Hots excellent.A room to sit in with tea and coffee.

Absolutely wonderful. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you Fiona and Brian for your hospitality. We will recommend your lovely b&B to anyone wanting accommodation in Dundee. 5 stars...loved the breakfast was outstanding room and bed and all the little extras. Best accommodation we stayed at in Scotland.
