The only thing that bothered us during our stay was the plumbing, though we understand that it was probably an old system and there isn't much the hotel can do about it easily; it was very loud and the pump would make noise every few seconds when water was running. But we would stay here again because of the lovely man at the front desk. Joe was so incredibly helpful and welcoming, and chatting with him every morning/evening was the highlight of our day. He always had a warm greeting and asked us what we were doing that day. He is very knowledgeable about the city so we always got an excellent recommendation for restaurants, shops, activities, and directions. When we left, we felt like we were saying goodbye to a dear friend. Thank you so much, Joe, we hope to meet you again.
