Kelvingrove Hotel

Very happy with my stay at the hotel, rooms were clean and the price was fair. Initially a bit of confusion with the email to send the booking to, had to call back a few times to get it to the correct email. Joe was most helpful and great to talk to, he had a very good character with other guests as well and was easy to deal with. Thanks for letting me keep my bags the next day whilst I went to work and letting me collect them long after the check out time.

Joe at reception was very welcoming and friendly and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay.

Three adults stayed after a gig at Bellahouston Park, we were in room 16 which is downstairs, I don't recall seeing a lift. The room was a great size and would have been fine for an extended visit, the bed was comfortable and the room was stocked with plenty of tea and coffee. The one and only slight grumble I have is there was no bath in the bathroom as advertised on the website, not a huge deal but as someone who uses a bath to help with pain this can mean the difference between a good break or leaving early. Not an issue on this occasion as we were only there overnight, but would be if we were there longer. I can't remember the gentleman's name who checked us in and out, but he was lovely. Friendly and attentive, a real asset to the hotel.
