Great stay. All of the hotels in this chain are excellent. Nice relaxing vibe. The staff are amiable, professional and very accommodating. A huge thanks to Joe who helped me out recently. Top class.

The front of staff (Ryan and Joe) at Kelvingrove Hotel made every effort to be courteous and helpful. If I need to return to Glasgow in the future, I shall choose this hotel because the location and staff are on another level. Overall, an enjoyable experience.
