Kelvingrove Hotel

2nd stay at this hotel ,spotless room ,friendly staff ,good choice at breakfast ,would highly recommend.

Joe made me feel safe and looked after which is important when travelling alone.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is homely. The location is good for accessing the university and other West End locations.

We were looking for somewhere central for a gig and found Kelvingrove. We received a wonderful, friendly welcome. The room was a good size, has a great shower and space to hang clothes for a few days at least (we only had one night). Bed was comfy enough. Everything was VERY clean. Great breakfast as well. Couple of tips, there are a few stairs to the hotel, there are strong rails on each side which help with those. There are also internal stairs so if you struggle with mobility you can ask for a reception level room. The room described above was room 4 on this level. I would also recommend booking direct with the hotel as there are often promotions for early check in or late check out. Also have to mention the staff, those we spoke to were fantastic, very welcoming and friendly. That makes all the difference.
