Ryan was the best at the front desk.. So helpful and accommodating. Really knows the city well and great with advise. Bed and Pillows nice, very quiet and sound proof. (although the water pump for shower and toilet are a little loud, but great water pressure!!!

Great Location, quite and lots of restaurants near by. Ox & Finch, Sebbs, Spanish Butcher, Kelvingrove Cafe is fun. And SWG 3 is a great place if you like rock and pop punk, and lots of art spots. https://swg3.tv/explore/venue-hire-spaces/swg3-galvanizers-yard/ Great Architecture everwhere. Have fun in Glasgow.

I had a very friendly welcome on my arrival and whenever I interacted with staff they were approachable and helpful. The breakfast was disappointing. The cornflakes were slightly stale and the two pieces of brown toast had the crusts cut off and looked quite meagre on the white plate. I was encouraged to have 2 eggs and they were lovely but the toast was disappointing. Drinking tea from those small cups with individual teabags is not a pleasant experience. When I'd made my tea I noticed some teapots at the side so perhaps showing guests this option would be helpful as I would have chosen this. Really enjoyed my stay and travelling on my own I felt very safe and relaxed in the hotel. I noticed a small hole in the bottom bed sheet and meant to say something to the person on duty yesterday morning but forgot.

A basic and welcoming hotel. I travelled on my own and felt comfortable and safe staying here. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet when I stayed in that there was little disturbance and is in a relatively quiet street. I had a room at the back. The small shower room was perfect and the shower powerful, which was a treat. Easy access to Kelvingrove museum, bars and restaurants within walking distances. Frequent bus services into the city centre. I went to a concert in the city as part of the Celtic Connections Festival and returned at 10.30pm by bus. Walking from the bus stop to the hotel (3mins) felt safe as people out and about. The breakfast was disappointing but I ate out the first of two mornings in Glasgow which was perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay.
