Very pleasant and helpful staff. The room and setting was ideal for my needs. It would have been helpful if there was a place you could deposit your room key/cards. It's awkward not having that if (like me) you would be wanting to get away early. I wasn't kept back too much though. It was a really nice place to stay and would very happily come back.
