The staff were very kind and helpful, especially when my train was delayed and I was going to miss the check-in window (shoutout Alan!), the food was great and made to order and the hotel was well kept.

Another great stay at the Acorn Hotel. Alan was so welcoming on arrival and provided some great recommendations for eating out in the city. Kevin went the extra mile on Saturday morning with breakfast (while coping with Fire Safety audit). Room 18 was very comfortable and spacious. Just need to get the cistern fixed in the bathroom - runs constantly.
