Every staffer I talked to was friendly and efficient and helpful. (I even got extra biscuits for my tea!) The hotel is in a beautiful and convenient location for Kelvingrove and the city centre. I was especially impressed by my giant luxury bathroom. Give me a cushion and I'd have sat in there as a window seat. Maybe you need the door at the top of the stairs to have a soft-closing fitting -- that was the only thing I heard during my trip, my fellow residents coming back and the door edging into place with a wee bang!

Refurbishment is very well done. Modern and comfortable.
