Perfect location to enjoy Lacock village after the crowds have left for the day, usually around 6pm.

A perfect cottage for our family of 5 - two adults and three children. The cottage had everything we needed. The seating area outside was very welcome as the weather has been so warm. Super friendly hosts. The children loved Monty the very friendly Golden Retreiver who popped down to say hello.

The Red Lion and The George in were perfect for our needs. Walking distance and good pub food. The village is a delight. The abbey is spectacular, well worth a visit.

Thank you for your review and thank you for staying in Lenton Cottage. The children seemed to enjoy feeding the sheep too as well as educating me about Harry Potter - I learnt a lot!

At the rectory, warm welcome, simplicity, authenticity, and high quality customer service, are assembled in something greater embodied by Helen and Wyatt, in a combination of a cosy and chic proposition. A special mention to Monty, the dog of the house, loving, gentle, and so clever.

We were staying in one of the two cottages which was a very cosy place. We also beloved the Rectory because of its localisation in a typical english village like we love imagining them. The victorian impressive house nestled in a magnificent garden, looks as if it came straight out from an Emily Brontë novel, in perfect harmony with the countryside. From there, we could easily radiate to the main places of interest in the region. We recommend strongly the historic and fascinating George Inn, in center LACOCK, for a meal in a traditional pub way, amongst friendly local people.
