Our 4th visit! Just the best b&b. Lovely welcome, comfy bed, superb breakfast (gorgeous fresh fruit salad) and a very quiet location. Perfect in every way!

If you like Alpacas - J&J Alpacas near Newark is fantastic.

Another wonderful overnight at the best B & B we have ever stayed at. Usual warm welcome from Karen which included one of John's very tasty rock cakes. Lovely comfy beds and delightful breakfast. Will be returning at some point in the future.

Perfect. Lovely location, so peaceful and well appointed. Karen and John are the best hosts, nothing is too much trouble.

Trip into Lincoln is well worth the walk up Steep Hill. Plenty of coffee shops and eateries. The Boat House nearby - good for coffee/cake (and watch water skiing). The Five Bells in Bassingham serves nice food. The Lincoln Life Museum worth a visit and free.

A warm welcome from Karen to a spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment. Very quiet and comfortable.
