You cannot beat Chichester Cathedral accommodation, it is my "go to" every time I visit Chichester. The accommodation is beautifully furnished and decorated. Beds are very comfortable. Easy, safe access. Located in the heart of the city, however away from any noise. Parking on site.

We are a group of 5 who have come to see the shows at the Festival theatre for many years. We discovered Canon Lane by chance on a walk to the gardens and since then it’s always been our venue of choice in Chichester. Nothing else compares for location, attractiveness, parking and charming accommodation. I’m loathe to tell others how good it is because it will raise demand even higher and we may not be able to make a booking.

Tips for other travellers

Although breakfast is unavailable at Canon Lane, it can be found in several nearby places: the cathedral cafe, in the cloisters, the Buttery, left through arch to the high street and Côte.
