Great location & parking available. Pleasant surroundings. Kind of basic accommodation but clean, comfortable & spacious in a superior room. Staff were not seen because of COVID but were very helpful via email & phone prior to stay. Our friends who decided to stay overnight at short notice got an upgrade so paid less than us for the same room!

Cote restaurant has a good menu & is reasonably priced. As we stayed during COVID tier 2 we couldn’t visit pubs unless we were eating a ‘substantial meal’. We’re familiar with Chichester anyhow - beautiful cathedral, good shopping with a mix of high street & local shops and would recommend the city and it’s surrounding countryside and beaches at the witterings. Of course things are different during COVID.

Great location, spacious clean room in a beautiful building with large communal areas, which keep things safe. Could not reach you by phone and did not want to use emergency number. Thank you for room upgrade

This is a very well run hotel with exceptionally comfortable beds and well furnished rooms. The hotel is very well located with a pleasant garden and great views of the Cathedral. It is a very quiet and relaxing place to stay

We recommend The Buttery for afternoon tea and Côte for dinner and/ or breakfast, both in South Street and Crispins for lunch in East Street. We strongly recommend the Pallant Gallery.
