Ideal location for visiting Chichester. Very quiet and safe yet only minutes walk from all city centre amenities

Very comfortable room with well stocked coffee and tea tray. Very quiet and I appreciated finding Radio 3 Unwind playing in the background after a rather arduous train journey! This is probably the best central location to stay in Chichester and I would recommend to other travellers, especially those visiting for the first time.

Tips for other travellers

I'm a non-driver and it's a short walk and easy to find from Chichester station. Although no reception staff room access with code a very efficient process. Centrally located for shops and restaurants. Beautiful location within Cathedral precinct. Visit Bishop's Palace Gardens close by.

.Location was perfect, Claudine one of the managers was fantastic doing everything she could to make our stay comfortable as the very hot weather made our room extremely hot and it didn’t cool down until day 3 of our stay.A refrigerator would have been handy as we struggled to keep fresh milk cold

Access to the rooms are on a timer, if check in is 1500 don’t expect to get in before that time, as we found several groups trying to get in 10 minutes early.Most rooms are on the first floor, access is easy but be prepared for the wide stairway.

Thank you for your positive feedback, it is much appreciated. We are glad you still managed to enjoy your stay during the unprecedented heatwave. We do supply cool bags and ice packs for guest to collect from the entrance hall to keep milk and small items cool but appreciate it was difficult when Chichester was at 37 degrees. If you arrive early again do give us a call in the office and we will always let you in if you are just a few minutes early. We do hope to welcome you back.
