The room and location are superb - faultless. The parking entrance could have done with some small motion sensor lighting over the spaces as it was dark and raining when I arrived. If the name of the building 'Bishop George Bell House'? was clearer on the booking it would have been easier to find on the night. That said, it was warm, comfortable, clean with a lovely tray of teas/coffees, biscuits and a stunning view! Given that its unstaffed, I reviewed 'staff' on the basis of admin and booking direct, which was fine.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay, it was the perfect location to enjoy the city centre. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. We would definitely recommend and will come back again the next time we visit Chichester.

Beautiful room, set up as twin, as requested. Quiet and warm with lovely garden outlook. Everything was just a little extra-special - generous tea and coffee; good sized kettle; really lovely biscuits; towels generous and fluffy; shower very effective; lovely soaps; armchairs for chatting in; good WiFi; invaluable central parking…. Everything spoke of real care and attention to detail without being fussy and made us feel very warmly towards Chichester and it’s Cathedral.
