We have just today (4th Sept 2024) finished our 5 night stay at the bungalow and thoroughly enjoyed the great hospitality at Low Urpeth Farm. Hilary is a lovely lady and together with her daughter Sandra provide a very spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean bungalow in which to relax after visiting all the sights in the area. The bungalow is ideally located for travelling the short distance to the Beamish living museum, which isn't to be missed, or Durham, Sunderland , South Shields and Newcastle. The welcome pack includes lots of extras including a lovely sponge cake, biscuits and honey and was a very welcome and generous gesture and very much appreciated.. we would most definitely recommend staying at Low Urpeth farm. Thank you.

I booked very last minute (the night before) and honestly we couldn’t have asked for me. We were with our two girls aged 4 & 6, and booked due to the close proximity to beamish museum. The bungalow was clean, well equipped and had some lovely welcome treats for us. We would defiantly come and stay again, very handy for beamish, as well as the A1. Thank you
