Carcassonne Townhouse

Rachael & Mark are very friendly & helpful. Beautifully presented & yummy breakfast in the lovely breakfast room or on the outdoor terrace. Great restaurant recommendations too!

The Townhouse itself is a beautifully refurbished house, the owners fortunately saved every little detail which make the experience of stay more amazing. The breakfast was perfect, we've got the usual french breakfast, but a lot more tiny bites than usual. Amazing coffee (I've got oat milk into mine :) ), delicious yoghurt, different fruits every day. Also, complimentary water, coffee and tea available. When we decided to eat dinner in our room we've got wine opener, wine glasses, and also cheese knife kit available in every room. Fantastic! I also have to mention the shower gel, which is one of my favourite: Yves Rocher Bourbon Vanilia. I loved that! Location is also perfect: very close to old bridge which leads to medieval castle. A few days before arrival Rachel and Mark sent a very detailed information about to stay, she also recommended many good restaurants and wine bars as well. I highly recommend to everyone to stay there. :)

Rachael was very welcoming and helpful at all times. Good breakfast and good recommendations for restaurants at night. Clear instructions for access and keys.
