My stay at Carcassonne Townhouse was absolutely lovely. Rachel is an incredible host and made the stay really special. Her breakfast is without a doubt a 10/10. The place still has its original charm but was modernised in all the right places. I would always stay here again when visiting the region.

Beautiful house in a quiet street about 5 minutes walk from the walled Cite … Lovely and varied breakfast with fruits, cheeses and meats and a variety of breads and patisserie…. Friendly and helpful hosts. A real pleasure to stay here.
