Ann could not have been more welcoming when I arrived in the rain, taking my wet coat and boots to their drying room. The house is lovely, and I had everything I could need in the room, including a good selection of tea, coffee and biscuits. There was a very good choice of breakfast options, I can thoroughly recommend the fish cakes!

Great location very near the town centre but very quiet. The rooms were as described, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Ann was great very helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I'd recommend Glendale for anyone looking to stay in Penrith.
