A very nice stay in perfect location for our trip to see family in nearby village. Ample size rooms and comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious. Thanks Dave, Lorna and the girls for your hospitality.

David was a most welcoming host providing a very tasty breakfast, and general information. Our room was very comfortable and quiet with good beds ,and a well stocked tray of teas and coffees. It was lovely to see the family pets, alpacas etc,and also to meet Lorna ,after returning from the school run.The Old Mill is well situated for enjoying Dorset.

Meals at The Blue Vinny and The Cock and Bottle were both excellent ,with wide choice. The Swannery ,Sub Tropical Gardens and the Monkey Rescue were well worth seeing and we also greatly enjoyed visiting Clouds Hill, the cottage where TE Lawrence lived . So many beautiful villages to see,Milton Abbas’ and Tolpuddle not to be missed ;also Chesil Beach and Lulworth Cove should be seen.

I can't recommend the Old Mill enough! I was blown away by the quality of the stay, and the friendliness of the host played such a big part in creating a positive experience. I went back home feeling serene and re-energised and I will definitely stay at the Old Mill again!
