Great location in the Peak District. Very tranquil and peaceful, surrounded by countryside and greenery. Loved the cute stairs in the Barn and I had a lovely bath. The hosts went above and beyond to help us get booked at short notice. Much appreciated. All best.

Tips for other travellers

I'd recommend going to the Japanese, Bonsai gardens nearby (10am open) and there's a cute pub in the village. If you fancy fish and chips, you can get them in Cromford or venture into Matlock Bath. Shopping is great at the Derwent Mills also just near to Cromford. Its an all round great place to stay whilst exploring the area and you'll feel very comfortable at the end of the day too. Home from home feeling. Highly recommended from us, and we'd definitely return when returning to the Peak District! Thank you very much indeed. PS: Have fun :-)

A quiet and spacious place to stay a short drive from the White Peaks in one direction and Matlock in the other. We very much enjoyed our on a sunny May weekend.
