From the moment we arrived we felt at home, we were made most welcome by our lovely hosts Lisa and Graham nothing was too much trouble for them. Our cottage was modern and spotless and in such a beautiful location. It was lovely to wake up in the morning and see the Swallows flying around.

Sadly, all flown on to warmer climates now but we look forward to seeing them return next year and hopefully we can welcome you both back too.

Lovely place we go every year and it never disappoints. The accommodation is comfortable and clean and set in a haven of wildlife. The owners always check to see if all ok

Lisa & Graham’s cottages are the perfect setting for the most relaxing break in ‘Yorkshire Heaven!’ Everything in the cottage is clean, well proportioned & just faultless. Looking out from our patio to your wonderful goats, donkeys & sheep always made us smile. The gardens are so attractive & well kept. We enjoyed watching the birds on the bird feeders & flying around. It’s so easy to get to Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay & surroundings. Perfect visit! Thank you so much!

Lisa and Graham gave us a lovely warm welcome on arrival and took time to explain all the facilities available to us.The cottage was cosy and very clean. Perfect base for visiting Whitby, Scarborough and Robin Hoods Bay. Would definitely recommend ☺️
