Its the second time I have stayed here and its simply lovely. Clean, tidy, everything works how it should. Jphn and Karen always there to answer any queries I have. Looking forward to my next trip there.

The place is fantastic and surprisingly larger than i initially thought Sorry I left some mess I was running late and had to leave at once but honestly can’t fault the place

Perfect place to stay as bus stops outside to get out and about. Bungalow has everything you could want, John and Karen have thought of everything. The hot tub is fabulous perfect for a couple. Private garden to relax in. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again when next visiting Derby
